The Arsenal shot-stopper was instrumental as the Gunners defeated their last season’s nemesis, Aston Villa 2-0 away from home. The Euros 2024 winner had to pull off a couple of incredible saves and high claims to maintain the Gunners’ clean-sheet record in the first 2 games.

William Saliba was no doubt one of the best centrebacks last season in the Premier League. He has not relented but continued his marvelous displays this season as well. He put up another world-class defensive show during Arsenal’s 2-0 away win over Aston Villa. Of course, he got his daily bread, a clean sheet.

Wow! The Spurs centreback pulled off the best assist of the season so far with a splendid run against Everton. Aside from that, he defended superbly on the day as the London side put up a complete performance at the weekend.

James Milner was solid in the middle of the park as Brighton got a late winner to beat Man United 2-1 at home. He stood his ground by winning duels, tackles, and interceptions as he held the midfield of the Seagulls together.

CMF – Morgan Rogers

Morgan Rogers was the standout Aston Villa player during their 2-0 home loss to Arsenal. His ball carries, dribbles, drive, and link-up plays caused the Gunners mayhem during the game. For him to be on the losing side and still be in this team shows how well he performed.

LW – Cole Palmer

Although he played as an attacking midfielder in the game against Wolverhampton, he appears in our team on the leftwing. He provided 3 assists and scored a goal as the Blues walloped their opponents 6-2 away from home.

RW – Noni Madueke

One of the hattrick heroes of the week, Noni Madueke, utterly destroyed and overcame Wolves. Wolves fans began to boo Madueke for every touch of the ball he made early in the game. However, the Chelsea Winger silenced them all with his spectacular performance.

CF – Erling Haaland

The Norwegian forward blasted in another hattrick in his Premier League career over the weekend against new boys, Ipswich Town. His scoring habit has terrified other teams in the league over and over again. He has his eyes set on another Premier League Golden Boot.
